Organization and Company: basics of business and work organization. Corporate structures: meaning and representation; Business Process: the characteristics of the main processes; notions of process modeling. Information Systems: Basics on information systems and the relationship between them and the organization, operational information systems, management information systems and business intelligence, digital business: web 2.0.

The objective of the course is to introduce the computing needs of enterprises to prepare graduates for the challenges of the world of work.
